Stuffed mushrooms with ricotta and walnuts
My sunday lunch was this wonderful and tasty dish! The recipe comes from a nice lady, very very passionate for cooking, who is giving me a lot of inspiration in this period. So, thank you Valentina for all your recipes and advice!

The dry cake that wasn't dry
Not every recipe has the right and appropriate name…this cake is named “Torta secca alle susine” that sounds like “Dry plum cake”, but why dry??
It’s crispy because you have a rich almond crumble on top, but inside it’s sweet and juicy.
So, I will rename it “Crispy and juicy plum crumble”!
