Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake
I found this recipe on a blog and I thought it was amazing: it’s simple to make and needs no baking….and it’s full of Ferrero Rocher and chocolate…how can this not be wonderful?? Just try it and you will miss it during summer time when Rochers are not available!

Baci di Dama are the quintessence of Piedmont: hazelnuts and chocolate, what a delicious combination! I also found the recipe on American book “The cookie and biscuit bible” by Catherine Atkinson…it’s so strange to see the translation of the italian name, but actually, they are Lady’s Kisses! So I tried this version of the recipe with almonds. Not bad….
