Tarte à la rhubarbe: a touch of central/northern...
When I arrived in Luxembourg and I visited the supermarket for the first time, I noticed a strange red/purple celery…then I read the label and I realized that it was rhubarb!! I had never seen it in Italy, so I guess it is not sold in supermarkets or street markets, even if we have rhubarb liquor for example.
