Yes, I own the ultimate reference for Patisserie, THE book, by Christophe Felder: Patisserie.
It’s amazing and scaring at the same time. Recipes are well explained and full of pictures step by step, but there are recipes that need 8 pages to be described…:-P

My sunny peach tart
In Luxembourg we have a huge wish of summer…but for the moment we have to face daily rain, temperature around 18°C (if it’s hot!) and a constant dark grey sky… So at least I made the summer enter my kitchen with this sunny tart!
