The beloved brownies
I always want to make new recipes, flavours associations, try strange ingredients, but at the end a simple recipe of brownies is enough to make colleagues happy!!
150g white sugar
250g dark chocolate
60g all purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. When well combined set aside one minute, then egg the sugar and the salt, mixing well with a spatula. Then add the flour, the eggs, one at a time and finally the chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture in a buttered squared baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes until reaching a nice crust on the top, while having a moist consistency.
